Nakamot-Os Integrates Chainlink VRF to Fairly Distribute Provably Rare NFTs in Upcoming Giveaway
Nakamot-Os unveils its new non-fungible token (NFT) project that uses Chainlink Verifiable Random Function (VRF) to randomly distribute 1-of-10 verifiably rare NFTs to $BOX users in a provably fair exclusive giveaway.

10 exclusive Nakamot-Os non-fungible tokens (NFTs) will be available in the Nakamot-Os giveaway. The giveaway will take place 69420 blocks after the $BOX token is launched. Anyone who redeems a $BOX token before the giveaway block will be eligible. The giveaway will be randomized using Chainlink VRF, the best-in-class oracle for getting verifiable random numbers on the blockchain in a tamper-proof manner.
Importance of Chainlink VRF
To ensure that our giveaway cannot be manipulated or gamed, we integrated Chainlink VRF. Chainlink VRF works by combining block data that is unknown when the VRF request is initiated with the oracle node’s pre-committed private key to generate both a random number and a cryptographic proof. The smart contract will only accept the random number input if it has valid cryptographic proof, and a valid cryptographic proof can only be generated if the VRF process is tamper-proof. Using Chainlink VRF in our giveaway, we now have automated and verifiable assurances that each NFT was distributed in a provably random manner that could not have been manipulated by the oracle, blockchain miners, users, or the Nakamot-Os team.
We integrated Chainlink VRF to ensure that our giveaway fairly distributes 1 of 10 provably rare NFTs to our users in a verifiably random process, creating a level playing field and a meaningful, engaging, and fun experience for all participants.
